Shipping for all products in the Book Vault acquire to the standard policy across the board. If item is in stock, please allow up to three weeks shipping, especially for international buyers. If your item is not currently in stock and on back order (only offered occasionally and when products are on the way to the warehouse), please allow 4-6 weeks shipping time. You will be emailed a tracking number confirmation once your order has left our fascility. 

Please check your shipping details and ensure that they are correct. Most times, if there has been a mistake made and you've reached out to us immediatly, we are able to update that for you prior to the item being sent. However this is not garanteed to always be the case, so please triple check details.

Amo Jones and The Amo Jones Vault do cover items that have been misprinted. However, this can be a nuisance for you, so upon packing your books up, we inspect all copies that we send you to ensure that we minimise this. If one happens to slip past us, we will immediatley re-send your new edition and provide you with an address (either US, AU, or UK), to ship your misprinted item back to. 

Amo Jones and The Amo Jones Vault do not cover damaged items that have happened during transit. However, we have a three step package system for all products because we know how important books are. We want to ensure they get to you safely in one piece!
